AM term 1

I signed up for animation mentor to kick up my animation skills and improve myself as an artist.
Here are some of the results from my first term:

11sec Club - jan - 2011

This is my little spoof of Tron. I actually didn't add this to the competition since I started on the last 4 days but decided to go all the way and finish it up. 

Still not super happy with it but time to move on and improve on the next one.

Forgotten History

For this I got inspired by old 1920s photos of miners and railroad workers and tried to mix in a little steam punk, I keep thinking of mining in Mars or some sort of "Noas Ark" when I look at it.

 Been trying to complete it for a while but since I suck at finishing illustrations its been an uphill battle. I consider this to be the first full composition I've ever managed to complete. Pretty happy about that and lets see if this experience helps me with future projects ... maybe even finish one in half the time? Hope this provides you with at least a second of viewing pleasure!
